Terrific! New Leaf Construction provides timely work that is top quality and good value for the money. Ian Robertson, the owner, is meticulous about assessing the work to be done, researching the best solution for a problem, and working with the property owner/manager to ensure that there is a through understanding of the work to be done, the pricing, the quality of product to be used, etc. The work is carefully scheduled and performed as much on time as weather permits. My bed and breakfast inn is ocean front (with all the maintenance issues that can cause) and consists of 5 separate buildings (linked to various heating ,water electric and other systems of varying ages –all with complicated and often obscure history regarding earlier installations, repairs, etc. ) Some of the property is seasonal, other parts are year round. All have commercial use. Building ages range from 80+ years to less than a decade. I asked Ian to assess a host of repair and ongoing maintenance issues and also to provide a candid assessment of any other issues he and his crew found that needed to be addressed. After observing the quality of the initial work, I found myself adding more and more projects to the initial list I had given to Ian.
